INSTALLATION
The goods and services to be supplied by the installer include labor on standard installation and equipment consisting of the appropriately sized parabolic antenna or satellite dish, low noise block (LNB), coaxial cable, connectors and accessories. Special installations that require brackets, poles, cables or other materials due to difficulty in installing the dish in the location may incur extra charges which are for the account of the subscriber. These non-standard charges are to be pre-agreed by the subscriber with, and directly paid to, the installer. In case of relocation or need for out-of-warranty work on the installation, the subscriber will bear the related costs (labor and materials). It is the responsibility of the subscriber to obtain building administration approval for the installation of the satellite dish.
In some cases it will be necessary to fit additional (Non Standard) materials to provide the customer with the desired satellite service. These additional costs will be charged by the installer to the customer at the time of installation.
CANCELLATION
The installer will install the satellite dish in the understanding that the subscriber has obtained the necessary consent from the relevant building representative and declares that there is no building administration impediment to the installation. In case an installation is aborted due to reasons other than no line-of-site, 50% of the installation and equipment cost shall be forfeited and the remaining 50% refunded to the subscriber after 30 days.
CANCELLATION BEFORE THE INSTALLATION DATE
Any subscription/installation order, placed by telephone, e-mail, internet, facsimile, in writing or verbally, cancelled by the subscriber, may result in a charge being made by PINOY ENTERTAINMENT.
PROPERTY & RISK
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes on to the subscriber immediately upon delivery.
WARRANTY
All supplied materials and equipment come with a 3 month warranty.
RETURNS
Once installed, materials and equipment, are deemed to be unresalable. These materials and equipment especially obtained for the subscriber may not be returned for credit or exchange.
